We’re not so much about showing off at Greenkit, we think our great range of energy efficient film lights speak for themselves. But we do love meeting new DPs and talking about the film lights so we’re really excited to be teaming up with our friends at Feral Equipment and Hive Lighting to share stand 609 at this weekend’s BSC Expo in London’s Battersea Park which starts tomorrow.

Jon from Hive has braced Storm Jonah to cross the Atlantic and give our customers the inside track on his Hive Plasma Parhead. We loved this light so much when we first saw it at NAB last year that we persuaded him to make Greenkit his exclusive rental partner in the UK. Our favourite thing about the Plasma is how flexible it is, you can use an Octadome and another great tool is the Source 4 lens that attaches onto the light, all this with great quality light.

The show runs on Friday and Saturday 29th and 30th January and we’re on stand 609 (did we already mention that) if you’d like to drop by. If you’re planning to come on Friday LCA and Cineo are hosting a great seminar at noon on remote phosphor technology. That’s the technology that powers both the Trucolor and the Area 48 which are two of our most requested lights for hire.
