Australian Cinematographer John Seale will receive a lifetime achievement award at the 2011 Camerimage Festival, to be held in Bydgoszcz in Poland from 26th November to 3rd December. John will be a guest at the festival which will feature a retrospective of his work.  John won the cinematography Oscar for The English Patient and Academy award nominations for Witness, Rainman and Cold Mountain. In 2010 his outstanding work was recognised by the ASC with their International Award.
